We provide visa application support, document review, consultation, and appointment booking. We may also handle submissions to partner schools. Our role is to assist you in the application process, but the final decision on visa approvals is made solely by the Department of Home Affairs (DOHA).

2. User Representations and Warranties

By using our services, you confirm that:

• All information and documents you provide are true, accurate, and complete.

• You are legally allowed to apply for the services requested.

• You will promptly provide any additional documents or information we may require.

3. Limitations of Services

We do not guarantee visa approvals or outcomes, as these decisions are made by immigration authorities. We are not responsible for denial or other issues caused by government agencies, third-party institutions, or factors beyond our control.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are charged per service and must be paid as agreed before work process begins. Any additional costs (such as government filing fees, school tuition fees, airfare, accommodation, or courier charges) are the responsibility of the client.

5. Refund Policy

Certain fees, including the Acceptance Fee, Application/Admission Fee, Administrative Fee, Visa Application Fee, and Medical/Biometrics Fees, and Enrollment Fees are strictly non-refundable. Tuition Fees, Material Fees, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), Immigration Lawyer Consultation Fee may be refundable, subject to specific conditions and applicable regulations. All refunds, where eligible, will be processed after the deduction of any applicable non-refundable fees. 

All fees, charges, and refund conditions are subject to change without prior notice. 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide services on a professional best-effort basis. We do not make any warranties or guarantees regarding visa approval, processing times, or outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, guides, and resources we provide remain our intellectual property. You may use them only for your personal application process and may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if you provide false information, failure to pay required fees, or otherwise breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia. For activities or transactions carried out through our branches in the Philippines, Philippine law may also apply as required. Any disputes may be brought before the courts of Australia or the Philippines, as appropriate.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and us regarding our services and replace any prior written or verbal agreements.

12. Changes to Terms of Service

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
